Client Rights

Human Service Center has specific forms that explain your rights as a consumer. You should receive a copy of these rights and other program materials. If you did not receive a copy of the client rights, contact a staff member to receive a copy.

Human Service Center programs, in some cases, have very specific entrance and exit criteria, rules and regulations regarding conduct. If you have any questions regarding your eligibility or conduct, please contact a counselor.
