Divorce Mediation Programs

The purpose of mediation is to help parents come to a solution on how to best resolve conflicts that often arise from parenting children in separate homes. Parents are in the best position to make decisions regarding their children. However, divorcing parents often have difficulty communicating and need a neutral third party to help facilitate an agreement. The mediator is there for the purpose of facilitation, not decision making.

Mediation services are available at all three offices. The cost for mediation is $65 per hour and must be paid before the start of the session. The cost may be split between the two parties or paid by one of the parties. The number of hours needed for mediation varies.
