Community Support Services

People with persistent and serious mental illness often find that managing life’s everyday tasks is difficult. Community Support Program Assistants are working with individuals whose disabilities impair them so that they are often unable to function at their highest possible level.

Our staff is able to identify areas of needed help and link people to services and resources that will enhance everyday living and reduce the likelihood that institutional care is necessary. Whether it is help with shopping, paying bills, finding housing, providing transportation or understanding relationships our staff provide the individualized care necessary to support independent living and make life more manageable.
